Our platform provides language preparation tools, including mock exams and AI-driven writing and speaking evaluations. Please note:

• AI-generated feedback and scores are designed as practice tools and estimates only. They do not guarantee official exam results.
• iLSphere is not affiliated with any official language testing organization unless explicitly stated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to test questions, reading passages, audio clips, and website design) are and will remain the exclusive property of iLSphere and its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our exam materials without express written permission.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or exam questions from the platform.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate our time limits, exam strict modes, or security features.
• Submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in the chat rooms or writing tasks.

All purchases of subscriptions, test series, or masterclasses are subject to our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to those specific terms.

In no event shall iLSphere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
